When you can get a refund

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying a course. After 7 days, we cannot refund the course fee.

How long it takes

Once your refund is approved, the money reaches you in 5 to 7 days. It is returned to the same account or card you paid from.

When there is no refund

No refund is given if a student misbehaves in a course, or sends offensive messages, questions or comments. In that case the student's access to the course can also be stopped.
